As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling post-sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling post-sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels. Your main responsibilities will include:

– Providing product usage guidance

– Assisting customers with product component replacements

– Diagnosing and repairing product malfunctions

– Handling product returns and exchanges

Requirements:

– Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese 可以中英文无障碍沟通;

– Strong comprehension abilities to accurately and quickly understand customer inquiries 理解能力强,可以准确和快速的理解客户提出的问题;

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly and concisely explain solutions to problems 表达能力强,可以清晰和明确的说出问题的解决方法;

– Strong organizational skills to handle multiple support cases simultaneously 具有很强的条理性,能够同时应对多个Case
